Pallet recognition review

The D150 source lists TOF camera pallet recognition, automatic pose correction up to 15 degrees, and laser/vision fusion for unloading. Public scope stays at RFQ planning until the pallet and route are checked.

Pallet details drive feasibility

The supplied project-information material asks buyers to confirm tray specifications, bottom-hole structure, pallet size, payload limits, pick channels, precision points, and whether black trays are involved.

  • Share pallet drawings or photos from multiple sides.
  • Confirm pallet material, color, fork pockets, leg width, and gap width.
  • Name overloaded, irregular, damaged, or mixed pallet cases early.

Recognition edge cases

Black trays and non-tray carriers need review before the RFQ can assume camera recognition.

Channel clearance

Pickup and straight-passage dimensions should be confirmed against actual pallet size and fork length.

Precision docking

Connection points, docking tolerance, and handoff equipment should be listed with the project layout.

Attach pallet and load references

The RFQ accepts drawings, reference photos, layout screenshots, packaging notes, and acceptance constraints.
